As a member of this team you will be the first point of contact for our new customers helping them identify the solutions to solve their business problems.
We offer a high degree of autonomy and are looking for like-minded individuals to help make the Zappi tools and platform a core part of our customer’s decision-making process.n nThis role is responsible for creating partnerships with new brands as a result of outbound activity and marketing generated interest.
Your focus will be on introducing brands in our key verticals to Zappi and installing market research programs at a local, regional or global level.
You will have a strong focus in understanding customers’ needs and processes to recommend solutions in our suite that align with their goals.
You will challenge industry standards to better set customers up for long term success and focus on providing solutions to organizational needs as well as bringing the customer voice to the forefront of the business.n nThis role reports directly to our Director of Business Development.
to achieve your goals you will use proven account engagement strategies and familiarity with the market research space.n n Key Responsibilitiesn Building, mapping out and executing against a business development plan which targets new clients that would benefit from Zappi’s unique platform Connecting with prospects through an organized outbound strategy utilizing the industries top sales and prospecting tools Managing and contacting the inbound leads driven through SEO, Paid Search, Events, Chatbot and contact us inbox Using insight and gap selling sales methodology to teach clients about their industry and offer a unique perspective on their business which link to Zappi’s value proposition Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for the adoption of Zappi’s platform throughout their organization Work in collaboration with our revenue team members to identify current needs of the brand and desired outcomes, propose solutions to meet their needs and implement research strategies while optimizing outcomes Selling qualified, predictable and programmatic deals with enterprises that fit within one of our core target verticals Consistently achieving individual sales targets n n Requirementsn Proven ability to build and secure strategic and profitable business relationships.
3+ Years Experience in market research working in new business development, project management or account management Comfortable having high level business dialogues with mid and senior executives.
Experience in complex sales processes.
Ability to work at a fast pace, true self-starter mentality.
Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations and implicit needs.
Brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges.
Tailoring communication to the customers needs with authority; effectively delivers presentations and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and build rapport/establishes credibility to build consensus for deals.
Able to manage complex situations, help people work through politics, overcome legacy biases and enable them to unlock their full potential through the efficient use of software Curiosity for technology, marketing, market research, consumer insights and helping large organizations grow Strong team player, yet also able to take ownership of tasks Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, customer focused environment n n Benefitsn Competitive pay scales benchmarked annually Unlimited holidays
