Housing Specialist Team Lead

Our client, a woman-owned leading provider of professional services to the housing industry is looking for a Team Lead for their Housing Specialists team. We are looking for someone who has supervisory experience and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day activities of housing specialists in a virtual work environment

Process, review and match applications for participants

Review and oversee Housing Specialists’ applications, and ensure staff is working in an efficient and timely manner

Communicate with participants through phone and email correspondence

Handle administrative responsibilities requiring high attention to detail

Provide leadership as a mentor or trainer to less experienced staff in training situations

Deliver constructive feedback and document feedback according to company procedures

Qualifications:

Supervisory experience in an office setting, retail or fast paced restaurant setting

Ability to work in a production team environment
