Guidewire Insurance Domain SME Key requisites Confident in stakeholder management, including experience in handling global stakeholders i.e. from an international exposure perspective. Good business solution and presentation skills i.e. presenting a solutionsideas proposal to stakeholders Expert level knowledge in insurance domain with hands-on experience in Insurance core systems, business processes and custom development Good communication skills Experience with insurers (as a BA Domain Expert) will be an added advantage Skills Required Core Insurance software product knowledge (Ex Guidewire, Duckcreek, etc ) with hands-on experience in product implementations. Business analysis skills required to write and close requirements use casesbusiness requirements documents functional specification documents In-depth insurance business operations knowledgebusiness process workflow design business process re-engineering, improvement experience Knowledge and awareness of various technologies utilized in the insurance domain Ability to work independently Good presentation skills Key Responsibilities Independently manage insurance business consultingbusiness analysisrequirementsspecification assignments Leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics) Drive growth, create GTM and work with Sales team for different geos.
